I am a super low-maintenance kinda person, but I was way overdue for a curly cut and came to Karen, who was so highly recommended. I am SO happy I did. Karen made me feel super welcome and comfortable; she was not pushy at all about products or anything I "needed" to do. She really took the time to talk to me to make sure the haircut and styling tips she suggested would work for my lifestyle. I LOVE my haircut. I have never been so happy with my hair and have gotten so many compliments on it. You can tell Karen is 100% in her industry for the love of it. The salon was clean and bright, and everyone was super friendly. Cannot recommend enough...especially if you have curly hair!

I've been getting my wavy hair cut at Beauty Ritual for many years and I have had excellent experiences with all of the stylists! I didn't think it could get better, but I just recently booked with Mary Susi for the first time and she gave me the best haircut I've EVER had (I really mean that). She was patient, listened to my hair story and needs, and was very understanding. She knew exactly how to cut my hair to work with its unique curl pattern and make it look cute. I would HIGHLY recommend Beauty Ritual!
Went to this salon for the first time today, and I had an AMAZING experience. The staff are very friendly, personable, and attentive to detail. I haven't felt this good after leaving a salon in quite a while. I will definitely be returning to this salon.
