Wonderful customer service (which is always appreciated when you’re not feeling well)
I called for assistance in finding a medication which there is currently a shortage of. Audra answered the phone and she absolutely rocks!!! Her calm and friendly demeanor was exactly what I needed in that moment, AND she gave me some great suggestions on who to call next. She didn't have to do that! I can tell she genuinely likes her job, enjoys helping people, and probably goes above and beyond in every aspect of her life.
We moved our prescriptions from a chain group to Vogel recently and wondered why we hadn't done it sooner. Great staff with personal and quick service
