Above and beyond! I can't begin to put into words how pleased my wife and I are with every aspect of the service, care, kindness, compassion, respect, personal care, empathy and sympathy vetmedics provided us during the hardest time in our lives. We had to say goodbye to our sweet baby girl Jada, and vetmedics provided us with the perfect angel, Michelle, who couldn't have made this happen anymore perfectly. We we're able to do this in our home where Jada felt the most love as well as felt the most comfortable. We couldn't thank you Michelle and vetmedics enough for putting our baby to rest and ending her pain. Thank you sincerely from the bottom of our hearts. Jason & Amanda Sucato
I reached out to Michelle for at-home euthanasia of our beloved dog. She was not only prompt, but professional and understanding. It is clear that Michelle has both the passion and empathy for pets and their family alike.
I recommend Michelle to anyone needing her services and am so grateful to know her.
My dog bella was the light of my life. I have had her for 13 years and she made every moment of my life meaningfull and full of love. Yesterday, she took a turn for the worst and I had nowhere to go and nowhere to turn to. I called every emergency line possible with no luck or avail, a friend sent the information for VetMedics. I begged god for an Angel, it was friday at 5pm. Who would be willing to come to my house to help me in such a vunerable awful time. Michelle picked up the phone and I fell apart hysterical needing a miracle. She came within the hour to help my family, she brought a beautiful basket to send my baby out in and did not rush us in the slightest. She let us guide how long things should be and when we were ready. She loved on my baby girl and treated her with the upmost love and care. My family can't repay her for all she has done to help us through a traumatic time in our lives. She made the worst days of our lives the easiest and took the weight of the world off of our shoulders, what to do, how to do it and when. Our family has decided as a tribute to bella to thank all of those who impacted our lives and express our gratitude. From Bella and the entire Acevedo-Sanzo family, we thank you. Thank you for letting us get the option of bringing our baby home and passing with the love and care shes known her entire life.
Signed,
Bella Acevedo-Sanzo and Family.
August 4, 2024 - the day our sweet Jacob crossed the rainbow bridge. Because this is still incredibly raw, this will be a short review. The courtesy, softness, love and patience that Michelle gave to us and our boy is immeasurable. Preserving his dignity was priority to us and she made sure that was done without us asking. Thank you for giving our baby boy the most peaceful passing he could’ve asked for.
On Sunday, December 3, 2023, we had to put down our beloved 14.5 year old Lab, Boomer. He had been diagnosed with liver failure and declined rapidly within 2 days of that diagnosis ... he had lost the use of his back legs, would not pee or poop, and wouldn't eat or drink. The night before, he was in excruciating pain and was crying out for relief ... we knew that the time had come as our vet had said that there was nothing more that we could do for him. I called Michelle that morning, explained the situation, and she came over later that afternoon. Michelle was absolutely wonderful. She explained the procedure to us and was empathetic to our tremendous grief. The injections were painless, and she gave us as much time with Boomer as we needed before and after he passed. Because Michelle was able help us so quickly, Boomer could crossover at home, in his own bed covered with his favorite blanket, in front of a roaring fire, with soft music playing and his family hugging and kissing him as he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. When we were ready, she put him on the gurney with a pillow under his head and his blanket still covering him. She allowed him to leave this world with a dignity and respect that is absolutely impossible to achieve at a cold, sterile, and typically scary vet's office. I'm crying as I write this. We love Boomer deeply and eternally, and I will never forget Michelle's kindness and professionalism in helping Boomer and us in such a time of deep and profound sorrow. She enjoys my highest recommendation.
