Emily Morrison is truly a gifted healer — the most intuitive and magical practitioner I have ever encountered. I’ve walked into her space feeling broken, overwhelmed, and energetically blocked, and every single time I’ve left feeling light, free, and joyful. It’s a transformation that words barely capture.

Valley Spirit Wellness itself is perfectly situated and instantly calming. The space has a natural tranquility without feeling intimidating or “too precious” like some wellness spaces in the city. It’s warm, bright, and deeply welcoming. The sound of the waterfall just outside completes the atmosphere — a grounding reminder of nature’s presence while you’re being cared for.

What sets Emily apart is her presence and versatility. She doesn’t just deliver a treatment — she takes time to tune in, to really see where you are in that exact moment, and then intuitively chooses the modalities that will serve you best. Her breadth of knowledge and skill across healing practices is remarkable, but it’s the way she weaves them together with such compassion and intuition that makes the experience so extraordinary.

I started seeing Emily for acupuncture and other treatments a few years ago, but most recently had more regular appointments as I prepared for the birth of my first child. I always enjoy my sessions with her as they’re relaxing, filled with positive energy, and have a lasting effect.
