My four kids went to Kira's summer cooking camps, and they LOVED it! She is amazing at engaging with kids of ALL ages and makes it not only educational, but fun. Even my most picky eater came home having tried different and new things I would've never thought he'd eat. I think it's so important to teach kids from a young age to appreciate and enjoy food, as this will start them on good eating habits into their adulthood, and Kira does this exactly (and it seems effortlessly!) with her magical charm. She is amazing!
I can't say enough great things about Nouveau Nutrition and Kira. I now meal prep like a boss! I've learned so many great cooking techniques and love the fact that I can check in with her at anytime. Life changing!
My daughter has done a few classes with Nouveau Nutrition and has loved them all! Kira is so great with kids and really makes cooking and nutrition interesting and fun for them. Also the food is always amazing! Highly recommend!!!
