I have gone to The Lab Skin Studio a few times for eyebrow waxing and tinting, lash lift and tinting, and a bikini wax and every time Jemma is such a professional while also being kind and welcoming. She has a great eye and does a fantastic job and I will definitely continue to go to her- you should too!

Went for a facial today, and my skin felt divine by the end. My skin gets so dry as the weather gets colder, but I left feeling so hydrated. More importantly, my mind and body felt so relaxed. The ambiance in the Lab makes it the perfect little getaway to refresh and relax while getting pampered.

What an absolute gem! Jemma is a doll and is so professional and friendly. I felt totally prepared for my service and she talked me through every step of the way. I am thrilled by my results. Will definitely be back.

As a normal gent with no previous experience with facials, etc I had written off skincare services like that as just hype, marketing, and a total waste of $ but after I noticed a drastic improvement in my sister's skin recently I was curious because I was already 'borrowing' all her skincare products and there wasn’t anything new. I found out she had just started getting facials at the place she normally got her brows done, curiosity piqued, I still wasn’t ready to take the plunge but after she had noticed me keep bringing it up often, she got me a gift card there for my birthday. I went with the signature facial my 1st time and I was blown away. I thought I had good skin before but I was shocked about the amount of compliments I was getting & the difference it really made. I now get one every month. I feel a bit like Brad Pitt in Benjamin Button, it's sorta wild.
I’m only writing this because I’m so mad at myself I didn't start sooner and no one told me about stuff like this as well as I'm so grateful for the difference The Lab Skin Studio has made for me & everybody keeps asking me my secret. Fellas! You're missing out, check out this place & Ladies even though I have no other similar places to compare it to myself in the past, my sister and mom are picky and don’t go anywhere else for their brows, waxes, & facials.
