Dr. Fugo Plastic Surgery

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Fugo and his team for my first ever surgery last November. From the consultation to the follow up, the team here is top notch.

Special shoutout to Kathy, who helped me book the consultation and followed up with me multiple times after—with great patience—and helped me initiate every step along the way—without this encouragement I would probably still be putting it off.

I did not feel pressured by Dr. Fugo at any point, and, after a couple consultations with other [male] plastic surgeons, let me tell you, this is rare. He listens to what you want, and, equally importantly, what you don't want. He is efficient but considerate and light-hearted. He explains everything with great care and is eager to answer questions, which makes the entire process feel less intimidating.

On the day of the surgery I was very nervous because I had never experienced anesthesia, and he came and talked to me before I went in and reassured me that everything would be fine. The day after my surgery I was surprised to find a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to my house from the team. These acts of care along the way are not contrived—they are sincere and heartfelt, which is why I am taking the time to write this review.

I had the gastric sleeve surgery and when it was time to have the skin removal surgery Dr. Fugo was hands down the perfect surgeon! He came highly recommended and I absolutely saw why!
