Where do i begin? "Was the question and thoughts I initially had before making contact with Zach Pretekin.
From the very first initial conversation with Zach I immediately felt welcomed and at ease all thanks to Zach whom helped me get my very first Zip track order of 4 motorized shades set up with every detail needed for proper installation.
Thank you Zach for your exceptional support and encouragement through the entire process. The order was installed and the quality of this product has met my customers outmost satisfaction.
I also want to say thank you to Rich Dean from Tech Support for his immediate response to my call for tech support.
To finalize the installation I was needing assistance to successfully program each of the 4 zip track motorized shades to the remote and I was having a few issues due to my lack of knowledge to program the motors myself. Immediately after receiving Zach's call back he understood the issue I was having and immediately guided me through a motor reset process for each one and at the end gave me all the knowledge I have now to successfully reset or program any future orders. I am honored to have had the pleasure of having Zach, Rich and the Eclipse team assist me in this extremely successful installation for my customers.

We have worked with Eclipse Shading Systems for many years. Their products are top of the line! Our customers rant and rave over their Solar Shade, especially the E-Zip screens. Eclipse customer service is the best! Always a pleasure working beside these guys! 5+stars!

i have 3 large Eclipse awnings in Scottsdale, AZ... all 3 have had a least 1 arm fail at the attachment. While they are covered by warranty, they are inoperative for a couple of months. As of April 3, 2019 the local Phoenix dealer is out of business (Awning by Design), so there is no local service. While the factory support remains, you are really on your own with a product that does not last.

Purchased one of their motorized zip shades a year ago and was so pleased with it we ordered two more this year. Great Company to deal with, they manfacture a top quality product and hire top quality people. We worked with Tracy Griffin and she was outstanding. I would recommend this company to anyone.
