I visited here for an event. It was a holiday/ resident sale. Enjoyed myself and the people from the community as well as vendors were very helpful. I'll be back next time.

I had posted a review about the entrance looking badly with everything dug up.I was too quick with the remark and I apologize for that.I enter now and I'm so glad to be home away from the all the crazy out there.Brighton is so peaceful and "woodsy" is how I would describe it.They have landscaped the whole entrance and it looks great. There is not one area that is Run down! We have inspections and rules in our community .The new manager is doing great and enforcing the rules. We love it here and if you don't stay out

The only place at the shore that's affordable. I saw some very attractive homes the inside of some of them are impressive for the money. The clubhouse is nice the management is good.

I stopped-in at Brighton at Barnegat to pick-up and item that a resident had for sale. It seemed like a nice, quiet, safe, well-kept development. The homes were small, single level, possibly trailer type holmes on very small pieces of property, but again it seemed like a nice development.
