The officers who attended are incredible, wonderful people. Very much respected to this state.

The museum offers tons of rich history.

There is so much to learn and experience here.

Any chance I get, I go back.

An absolutely amazing hidden gem that few know about - and it’s free! Seeing the actual evidence and artifacts from the Lidberg kidnapping made it all worth it but there’s much more. The states electric chair was there as well where over 160 people, including Bruno Hauptman, were executed. The docent was wonderful and answered all the questions that I had and in fact gave me a quick little tour. I highly recommend this for any museum junkies, and crime buffs!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Free so that’s always good, interesting and done well but not that big, lots of guns, the officers here are very nice and professional.

What a great place to add to community service curriculum for home schoolers. It showed the beginnings of the troopers and how they have changed over their 100 years. We saw crime lab equipment, polygraph machines, uniforms, training, K-9’s and our favorite- vehicles!! Land, sea and air!! The cabin had a barracks from the 1920’s. There is a tribute wall with troopers who died in the line of duty and a wall of all the commanders who served from the start. Their was an electric chair and information from the Lindbergh case. There are tribute pavers that we loved to read. Make sure you go through the security gate- I thought the gift shop on the left before you go through the gates was the museum (and it said closed) so it created a few minutes of confusion and a few curse words!!

Outstanding! This is an awesome display and history of the NJSP. The entire history from 1921-2021 is represented. As a life long resident and proud supporter of blue, this visit to this special place is one for the books. TYFYS and for keeping us safe Troopers! Stay safe
