I am a former client of John Balle, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Had I not relocated, I would have remained a member of this gym. Not only was the training geared towards my goals, the gym community was supportive. John has taught me lifestyle changes that I still maintain to this day. In addition to training, he provides education, nutritional guidance, and overall support. I cannot recommend this business enough.

The studio is impeccable! I've been there since it first opened and I can't believe how much John continues to amaze me he has really transformed the studio into something truly unique and absolutely astonishing to witness.
It is a privilege to be a part of his team because he is also challenge you to think outside the box not just with weights but with your mind.
He is very good at understanding your level of whatever you're at Fitness wise and is able to put you on a path of whatever you desire with your fitness goals he will help you get there.
