De. Thomas saved my dogs life when a kidney infection happened after a limes disease diagnosis. My dog was dying and she provided consistent quality care to help her recover. I could not recommend a more effective and caring veterinary. The veterinary technicians are amazingly knowledgeable and provided service beyond my expectations.

I called this location (not my primary vet) after my dog had passed away at home. The woman who answered the phone was kind and helpful. She told me to bring my dog in at any time with no hassle. Thank you for being so compassionate during a very hard time.

I brought my dog, Koda, here today for the first time after trying one vet and having unpleasant experiences. My dog has anxiety so new people and new places often bring chaos. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Thomas spent 45 minutes in the room with us listening to my concerns and explaining how we can further improve my dog’s quality of life. She offered knowledge and resources. She was gentle, calm, and welcoming. She genuinely cares about building a relationship with each animal she treats. I would 100% recommend Bayberry Veterinary Hospital, Dr. Thomas and her staff. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

My pup BAILY has been going to Dr Jen since they opened! When BAILY ripped off her nail to the bed, Dr Jen said let’s treat and give it more time to heal, another vet would have cut the remainder off!! We waited and sure enough it started to grow back. BAILY loves the entire staff there!!!

I honestly cannot even begin to say how amazing this place is. They saved my dogs life a year ago after another Vet said the best thing was euthanasia(thank God I got a second opinion). They gave us another precious year with him and were so compassionate when we had to put down last month. They let us spend as much time as we needed saying goodbye. She is super detailed and awesome at explaining issues and treatments and medications and everything. I never ever leave with questions unanswered.
The staff are the sweetest and most helpful people ever! And the pricing...omg the pricing! AMAZING! I never leave crying about my bank account.
It was extremely important for me to write this review because it is so rare that you find a place that is so amazing. Can't recommend then enough!
