    I went here for my real ID appointment and everything went very smoothly. I was in and out within 35 mins. But a lot of the experience is based on how well prepared you come. I came 30 minutes before my appointment time. I used the online tool to make sure I had all the right documentation and brought extra just in case. And everything went very smoothly. The staff weren’t nice or mean, pretty neutral but if you come prepared, you won’t need their help anyways.

    Made an appointment for a license renewal and Real ID since my current license expires next month. 9am Friday appointment. Printed the renewal form online from the MVC website and had all of my documents in order using the online tool to confirm I had what I needed. Line moved quick and I was in and out in under 15 minutes.
    As long as you come prepared it should be a breeze. Everyone who helped me was kind and sufficient. I do recommend getting an appointment earlier in the day as I know it can get hectic later on and it may cause longer wait times.

    I had a really delightful experience there today - well, as delightful as the DMV could be.

    EVERYONE I interacted with was incredibly kind and patient. I forgot a document and they let me run back to my car to get it. Every desk was filled with hard-working people working quickly and efficiently. There were staff members dedicated to making sure everyone knew where they needed to go and keeping the lines moving as quickly as possible.

    I spent a grand total of 15 minutes sitting and waiting, and maybe another 15 total standing on all the different lines.
