The lady at reception sounded like she hates life and clearly customer service isn't her calling, but they seem to know what they are doing there!
Went to this facility for recycling e-waste (flat-screen tv). The attendants were all very pleasant. One of them asked me to fill out a form and then directed me to the recycling container. I dropped off the tv and was out of there in no time.
Hats off for the outstanding public service presented today from the pickup of the call on the first ring to the guys who came out to pickup the dead animal expediently. Thanks so much for all that you do! ;0)
