Mike #118 the driver from Bear was sent out by AAA to our home when we were having auto battery issues. Mike came immediately and was thorough in his assessment and testing that it wasn’t our battery and therefore we didn’t need a replacement. We were thankful that he was honest and forthright and were very happy with his service. Thank you Mike and Bear for great service.

Receptionist was professional and courteous, the tow man was exceptional, and the mechanics researched, found and fixed the problem that over 2k and 2 other facilities couldn't and all for a great price. And now my Mom's car has a shiny new sticker! For emissions problems don't waste your time and money at other facilities (Including dealerships), go to the specialists. Thank you, I found my new service facility! Just sorry I didn't have the presence of mind to get names.

Great service. I was connected to Bear Tire & Auto Center this past weekend for a AAA Roadside Assistance ticket. The driver Keith was friendly and helpful throughout the pick-up, had my car loaded securely in minutes, and got it to my mechanic safely without delay. I received a similar tow from Bear years ago and the service remains as strong now as it was then.
