They towed my big tool box on 8/4/2023 from my old shop to my new one courtsey of my new employer. They were very professional and took pride in moving it. Their driver Charlie and his rider/trainee=sorry that I forgot his name as I am not the greatest at remembering, took care in protecting the box, were in a well maintained flat bed and were fully prepared to handle and secure it during transport. I have used other tow companies and sadly they left alot to be desired which is why my box has "beauty" marks. They called to let me know they were leaving their yard, arrived at my old shop early, had it up on the bed in minutes then took time to secure and protect before we rolled out. For equipment moving I would recommend them again and again just off of this first experience. Drivers like Charlie are certainly harder to come across and a delight to deal with since he could be serious and focused on the task while also able to joke and take it easy. I appreciate your help and will be sure to recommend to any other techs in need of assistance in moving their tools if needed. Thank You

8/8/2024=Update. Could not leave a separate review according to Google for some reason. Scheduled to have my tool boxes moved again. Chose Hainesport because of excellent past experiences. They dispatched Craig who arrived fully prepared with all manner of accessories, extra straps and other gear to accommodate pretty much any issues or needs for and during transport. Some minor delays outside of anyone's control and then encountering some rain during the course of loading and transport were unfortunate but no ones fault. Made it to my new shop without incident. Craig proceeded to get them unloaded and took care to reload his equipment in a manner that showed great care and also dedication and practice in keeping his truck set up to his standards for how he operates. Overall another great and seemless service carried out by their towing division. Will continue to use and recommend them.

I was driving to work Tuesday. 5:30am. My vehicle died. Called Hainesport Enterprise for a tow. Came out very soon. Took my truck in, looked at it immediately. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and installed same day. Recharged my battery. Cleaned battery cables. Out by 3.30 that day.
Tremendous service.
Tow driver Steve was friendly and efficient.
Ryan at front desk was friendly and professional.
Saved me time and money where possible.
Can’t say enough great things about the entire experience.

All I can say is PHENOMENAL!!

I was having a problem filling my rear tires (F350 dually), I called them and they said come on over. I was leaving on an RV trip Sunday morning. They took me without a wait and filled my tires at no charge.

Even though it was a little thing, I appreciate the customer service. And I will go to them for all my tire and truck needs in the future. It is amazing at how a slight kindness will being enduring loyalty...
