I’ve been in there a few times they are helpful and knowledgeable, couple of good guys would recommend anyone looking go check them out.

Recently purchased a firearm from here. The experience was great, very informative with great hospitality. Chris was the one taking care of me and I have nothing but great things to say, he was accommodating to my needs and knew exactly what I was looking for. I went to pick up a stock that I ordered from James and Chris today September 12th 2025. I am a vet and besides being the day after September 11th, September 12th is the day my brother passed away 9 years ago. These are always difficult days for me to get through. I was looking forward to picking something up that would make me happy during what is usually the worst days of the year for me. I won't share exactly what transpired at the shop today, but what i can say is that I will forever be a loyal customer at Big igloo. These young men have character and honesty that I have never seen in business and rarely see in life. If you are in the market for a firearm or just want to cross paths with some truly wonderful human beings, head to Big Igloo and I can promise you will not be disappointed!

Hands down the best service I've received from any business in any industry. I did an FFL transfer here, which they charge a very reasonable fee for. That being said the entire staff is very nice and helpful. I'm a first time gun owner, I would definitely recommend Big Igloo for all first timers without a doubt. I'm sure a had a ton of dumb questions and they took the time to answer all of my questions in a friendly manner without being condescending. I'll be a customer for life!
