Matt was fantastic and quickly helped locate an obscure nut and washer I couldn’t find anywhere else. You’ve got a new customer for as long as I’m in the area!
Customer service is a mixed bag of experience here. I've been several times and some employees seem more than willing and happy to help while others just seem like they want you to get what you need and get the hell out. Especially the heavier set fellow, not sure of his name as they don't wear name tags of any type. The prices are a tad bit steep as well. I'm all for supporting a local business before a main chain. I usually try other local auto parts stores first in the area before stoping by this one as a last resport.
Great local auto-parts store. One of the only places that stocks Wix oil filters. If you need something and they don’t have it they can usually get it the next day.
I absolutely love Sirak. They are super helpful and knowledgeable, with pretty much the lowest prices around. You are always greeted with a smile when you walk in the door and it is always a cheery atmosphere where are you are appreciated as a customer and you are not just a number.

I'm from out of town so they even let me put the parts on in their parking lot. Employees are life savers you are really nice and helpful! One employee even brought me a bottle of water well I was working in the parking lot. Now that's service!
10/10 would change brakes in the parking lot while in 95° weather again!
