Billy is a genuinely nice guy. He actually cares about the people who walk into his shop. My buddy and I got an error message while on a trip and we stopped at Billy’s. He didn’t have to help us but he did and got us on our way. I would highly recommend Billy’s.
Billy's Auto has always been very good to us. They get you in, do what needs to be done, and get you on your way. Honest crew. Recently, Billy worked on our 2006 Equinox. Traction Control would engage every time it rained and would not disengage just by pushing the button. Many times we would have to pull over and turn off the engine (so we thought) to get it to disengage. It got so bad that it started to sound and feel like there was something wrong with the transmission as if it would drive in 3rd gear. Well, Billy took good care of us. It was an all day affair. Billy found the problem, took pictures, fixed it (really fixed it), and did it in a way that it probably won't happen again. We haven't had any Traction Control issues lately (especially in the rain)! Thanks Billy!!
