The employees made everything so smooth. From dealing with insurance and dropping off my vehicle. They were able to get my car fixed in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend them.

Trust Trenton CARSTAR! They did a great job on repairing the damage left on my vehicle from being rear ended at a red light. The team is professional and courteous. They provided progress details throughout the repair, and my car was ready in just a few days.

Carstar was the shop recommended by my insurance company, and now I can certainly see why. They do top notch work and the office is staffed by 2 ladies who can teach a course in Customer Service.
Someone hit my rear bumper in a parking lot and unfortunately didn’t leave a note. The damage was covered under the collision provision of my auto insurance. I contacted my insurance company (NJ Manufacturers) and they had me contact Carstar directly. The adjuster for the insurance company, Jill O’Connor was very responsive and helpful, and she gave me the information so I could get the repairs done by Carstar.
My first contact was with Lucy, who was exceptional. She walked me through the process and we made arrangements for me to drop my car off. I did so the following Monday and Lucy was ready with all the paperwork. At this point I met Sara, who examined the damages, came up with the estimate and basically took over from there. Like Lucy., Sara was incredibly helpful and friendly. Again, these 2 ladies know how to treat customers. I can’t say enough good things about them!
My car was ready in a few days, and the shop did a terrific job. Summing it all up, I wholeheartedly recommend Carstar because of their excellent customer service, and the quality and timeliness of their work
