I can’t say enough good things about mastercraft in Bayville. Top class service every single time and for a very reasonable price. Spoke with both Joe and Jack about my Buick Encore that needed a catalytic converter. They answered my questions with respect. They had the part in the next day and when I brought my car in for the repair it was done in a matter of hours. I would highly recommend them.
Called Friday afternoon to get estimates on replacing both axle shafts and car was in shop Monday morning and completed that afternoon. Car feels great and the guys did a great job. Very fair prices. No pushy at all. Very nice.
The shop in Bayville lead by Jake has done a fantastic job thus far getting a 1995 Chevrolet Impala SS back into action after being parked outside and inoperative for 17 years.
Lots of work performed to get it to run AFTER addressing the rodent nests. Additional corrective actions applied after providing a list of symptoms after a few months of driving it around. Fair pricing and quite helpful with recommendations. Great communications and experience to date.
