I was having some difficulties with my vehicle at the quick check in Beachwood. It required me to have to walk to the closest AutoZone because it was too short a ride for an Uber.

While walking there I noticed eagle speed, and auto body shop that has been around since I lived in Bayville 20 years ago. I knew they probably did not sell the piece that I was looking for but I figured it's an auto body shop. They may have one on hand I could purchase off of them.

What happened next completely shocked me. Not only were they warm and welcoming, they went and looked for the piece and after finding they did not have it offered to attempt to refurbish the piece that I had.

After being unable to repair the piece one of the workers Rich, I believe his name was, Rich and Jared were in the shop at the time. But Rich offered not only bring me to the AutoZone to pick up the piece but also drive me back to my vehicle, while stopping at the shop to pick up any tools that I may be missing.

I was unable to get the vehicle situated upon returning but felt obligated to come here and let our community know there are still great people out there.

    Kudos to you guys!💪🏻🙌🏻

In the past they’ve done good for me, recently went to see why my A/C blower motor wasn’t working. I left with no more information than before, no diagnosis. The invoice says they checked some fuses, couldn’t figure it out and “need more time to diagnose,” they charged $200 for labor. I was charged $200 for nothing, without a diagnosis. I’ve came to them more than a dozen times in the past, but there are a lot of mechanics nearby, and that did it for me.
