Figured i'd leave an honest review! First I met this dealership at the Huddy Park on water boat show. They were super nice, they took me an my girl for a nice long trial ride, well that ride cost me $125,000 LOL Everything went smooth with the purchase. Everyone was very nice there. Kellie has handled a few warranty parts issues perfectly. Josh my salesmen was great! So I'd definitely buy from them again. I usually do my own service and repairs so can't comment on that!
The service department and its staff are outstanding! Mary at the counter always gives great servicing advice and friendly attention/care. Gerard Esposito always makes my launchings and takeouts easy with his calm professional demeanor. Wether you bought your boat there or not, do yourself a favor and patronize these great people.
NJ Outboards has been wonderful to us this past season. We purchased a brokered boat from them, a 3 year old Hurricane 217. From the time of delivery, they have been nothing but helpful, professional and conscientious, helping us iron out some problems with the boat. The general manager Mike was always available to help navigate our concerns. Craig, Kelly and Mary in the service department were patient, understanding and amazing. I purchased a new pontoon from nj outboards I shopped all around and went with this company because there was so much more then a good price the people in the company answered all my questions took there time to explain to me why there product was above and beyond the competitors. Mike the mgr even sent a captain out to my house to demonstrate everything on the boat so I could be well informed of how to use everything the right way. Also the service dept goes above and beyond all your needs I strongly recommend to everyone check this place out before you make any decisions
