Neil and his team were wonderful to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I have had my koi pond serviced before by other companies and this was the most pleasant experience by a mile.
Really nice service and very friendly team! We requested a complete cleaning of a dirty pond and removed greens on waterfall, they did a super clean job. Fish get better living conditions. We got educated about pond maintenance and fish health, learned a lot of tips from the team. They even inspected and located the issue of our leaking basement, making sure we understand the problems of the system we currently have, and gave suggestions on how to improve it. Very friendly and fast to communicate. Awesome experience!

Great easy crew that’s knowledgeable, great service , fast, reliable and great response time with texting . Neil has come to my house multiple times to service my Koi pond and is my go to person for all my Koi pond needs. Super cool guy and I wish I can give him 5 stars.
Couldn't be happier with the service we received from Neil and team at The Koi Story Fish Farm. We had them come in to do a pond clean out, and they exceeded expectations on every level. From the communication, to the care of the fish, to the outstanding results, we were truly pleased with every step of the process. Our pond went from murky and brown, to pristine and fresh & now the fish are happy and healthy!
