We were a table of 6 and had the pleasure of having Paul as our server. He was great managing time (we shuffled in at different times) and was able to give recommendations based on our individual taste (food & drinks). The food was fantastic. Shared mussels and nachos as an appetizer. My entree was short ribs and mashed potatoes which was delicious. Dessert was a cappuccino and crème brûlée. Chefs kiss 💋. Paul was very attentive to our table and made meeting up with loved ones a smooth and enjoyable experience.
We had a good meal here. The atmosphere is nice and modern with great music and a good overall vibe. Our food was delicious. The wife had the salmon and I had the Wagu French Dip. Both were good and the drinks were also good.
Dessert is the only place that things fell flat. Our Apple turnover ver dessert was barely warm and the cast iron pan it was served in was cold. If the pan was warmed and the dessert hotter it would have been great.
Our server Brett was attentive and the food timing was good. We will be back.
Such a calm and modern establishment. Amazing pours on the flight of beers. The selection is top notch. The service is friendly and efficient. And the food smells and taste amazing. 5 stars all around. Kudos to the owners and staff.
The food is always great! The atmosphere is good and calm. Very relaxing and the bar area is a nice area to watch sports and hang out. Our server was good but alittle slow. Overall it was a great experience. The appetizers are amazing and the sandwich is filling. I also want to note that the food tasted fresh.
This was my first time visiting Blue alehouse in Riverdale, and I came after seeing all the great reviews - and it lived up to the hype. I went with family, and we were all impressed by the modern, inviting atmosphere and the wide variety of menu options.
I ordered two of their signature dishes - the Wagyu French Dip with fries - flavorful, with tender beef and rich house - made jus. I also tried The Riverdale Roll, which had tempura shrimp, cucumber, and avocado. It was fresh, light, and a nice surprise to find a good quality sushi at a place that also serves great American fare.
The service was friendly and quick, even though it was a busy evening. Blu alehouse is a great spot for a casual family dinner or a night out with friends. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town.
