Fresh delicious Honduran and Mexican food. We've been here a few times and have enjoyed each meal. BYOB. I usually get the sopes with shrimp or papusas. Friends have enjoyed the tacos. My vegan boyfriend gets the vegetarian burrito (remember to tell the waitress no cream, no cheese). There are a few vegan/ vegetarian dishes on the menu. Staff is very accomodating of requests for food substitution. Service is friendly, good and quick. Portions are generous.

Rio Lindo has to be one of the best Mexican Restaurants I have gotten food from. I love trying new Mexican restaurants and will definitely be back! You could tell it is a very well managed place from the moment you walk in! The staff is very friendly and not to mention how clean the venue is.

We tried the Steak Quesadillas and Steak Burrito! They were great size meals with sides of Sour Cream, Cheese, Salsa Verde, and Salsa Roja. Everything tasted fresh which was a big plus for me.

Definitely worth a shot if you're looking to try something new, not to mention helping out a local business!

$12.19 got me four chorizo tacos and a can of soda. Chorizo had some heat, good flavor and was juicy. It was served with red and green sauce, lime wedges, sliced radishes and cucumber and topped with chopped onions and cilantro. Food was cooked fresh in under ten minutes. There's maybe 10 tables inside. Only critique is that I was given wilted cucumbers.
