The best repair shop within Westfield, Cranford and Garwood. Prompt service, reasonable prices!
I was absolutely thrilled when Tim told me I could pick up the same day that they worked on it. Great place. Nice people.
Brian and Tim are fantastic, as honest, reliable, and dependable as they come. I always feel assured the problem will be solved and there are no surprises along the way. We had a flukey situation that required bringing the car back in a month later and they took the extra time and care to ensure the problem was fixed for good. Highly recommend and will be a forever customer for all our vehicles. It's a relief to know there is a neighborhood shop looking out for their own rather than the chain stores just looking to upsell.
I’ve been going to Brian’s Auto for over 10 years, and I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else. Their work is always thorough, fast, reliable, and reasonably priced. They have helped me out more than a few times when I was in a bind. It’s rare to find a place this reliable. Highly recommend!
I don't know how there are so many great reviews for this place because my experience was not a positive one. I'm new to the area, maybe you have to know Brian personally to get good service. Not sure.
Long story short I brought my car in for something I hoped would be minor and mentioned that I was on a budget and wanted to keep the bill low. Called every day to see how things were going. Brian had my car for 5 days and every time I called I got a receptionist on the phone and not Brian. It was hard to get a straight story on what was going on with my car and bill. When I finally went to pick the car up on a Friday and Brian was nowhere to be found.
My repair bill was almost $900 for a bunch of fluffed up services.
The car still ran like crap
and a tire that Brian said he changed and charged me for new tire had the same hole and slow leak in it 2 weeks later. So basically, he patched my tire, didn't communicate with me and didn't do a good job on whatever he supposedly did to repair my vehicle.
