They are always very friendly, and very professional. They Eased my Anxiety about the repairs both this time and last tike I used them. The repairs always look perfect like the car is fresh from the factory. They even helped me with talking to Enterprise to get the rental set up. Thank you guys for always being awesome!

(*EDITED* Unfortunately within the month some of the repairs gave way and caused the protective apron around my wheel well to completely fall off onto my tire while driving on a highway. After inspecting it I see that they used PLASTIC screws to secure it? Feels like they used toddler parts to fix a 4runner cosmetically, and so I have to ziptie it for now until I go into my own body shop. Disappointed in progressive for choosing this place for me. )

I had to turn in my 4runner at the brick location for an insurance claim repair, but it was sent to the Garwood location for repairs and they did an incredible job! Due to the damages, my truck was gone for about 3 weeks but thanks to Darlene's patience with my calls about updates they kept me very much in the loop and really ensured I get it back as soon as possible! My truck came back washed as well! Thank you again for making an unideal situation a positive experience!
