Mobile Concepts is an amazing auto accessory installer with fantastic customer service! This local shop has been operating for over 20 years and is a staple of the community! I’ve seen it around since I was a kid and started coming to them for my installation and some general maintenance. The owner is great! Every time I go I leave with a smile. There’s a friendliness I’ve found here that feels familiar of the yesteryears that you don’t find in many establishments anymore. The owner knows my name, knows my car and the order and asks about things we spoke about previously; it feels like the shops I remember going to in my youth; real customer service by real people. You’re not just a number or another job, you can really feel that he cares about you, your safety, and the quality of your install. My service has always been prompt and with quick turn around. Even if I had to walk in for an emergency (as I had once) Luis made time for me. He and his staff always make me, and the other patrons I’ve seen feel cared for and leaving with positive words, attitudes, and goodbyes. It’s really a unique and great shop that can help with so many needs. It was not my expectation to make friends when I found and came here but to my utmost pleasant surprise I did. It’s the kind of service you hope to find in a small town. Welcoming all, fair prices and turn around, and good work! Remote starter wasn't working so I stopped in. The gentleman who helped me was just that. He fiddled with the remote and had it working in a few minutes...at no charge. Customer service that earned a lifetime patron and a recommendation to anyone looking for car audio, starter, etc.
