I had a great experience. Gerardo has great communication skills. He was there when he said he would. Gave me the estimate same day promptly and only 3 days later his team was there completing the job. I did the closed cell insulation in my attic. My attic is a converted room for my teen and would be impossible to live in during summer months. I’m hoping the closed cell insulation will be the solution but already the days are in the 30’s degree cold and my attic is at 68 with no heater turned on yet. I think it’s a good sign that it will keep out the heat in the summer. Great experience with Gerardo. A lot of theses guys are so unprofessional and some don’t even show up so this interaction was very positive. We decided to do the tear down ourselves but Gerardo has a team that can do demo and building back up the Sheetrock. A lot of insulation companies don’t offer that service. Definitely consider him!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
