We have used the services of ROYAL for various projects over the past few years. To include exterior & interior painting, hardwood floor refinishing, cabinet & vanity/sink installation. Plus various carpentry repair projects. Mark sets a standard of quality which is carried out by his team of professionals.
Mark and his team from Royal Painting did an amazing job in replacing the hard wood floor at our home. They also handled kitchen remodeling, replaced doors and handled bathroom work. The quality of work was stellar. Mark was very professional, gave us his honest expert advice on things and did a great job in transforming our home. Enzo, Freddie and Charlie, his team members did a great job with all carpentry work and we’re always responsive.
Their rates are reasonable and they combine professionalism with a personal touch! I would gladly recommend them for any home repair or home improvement work.
This is the third time I have worked with Mark and his team at Royal Painting; once for interior painting and twice for exterior painting. In this last time (july 21) it was for full exterior sanding/painting of the house and outbuilding. Excellent work at a competitive price. They can provide repairs as needed/requested and he has an excellent carpenter who is meticulous. They point out issues where they see them and recommend solutions; only doing what you decide. They are careful with plantings and ensure any drips are cleaned up. The painting is done very well; the painters clearly want to do good work. Mark comes to the site regularly to check on things. Hid crew chief, Anderson, is the day to day point of contact who is friendly knowledgeable and dives right in. The final clean up is very good. Recommend highly.
Excellent work. They were on time, on budget, and kept work areas clean and neat. Staff was very professional and knew what they were doing. Everyone who has seen the work has commented on how good it looks. I highly recommend Mark and his company.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Mark and his staff at Royal Painting! When I asked for a quote to repaint my home, Mark came out to assess the job and was quick to respond with a competitive quote. He was extremely cooperative and flexible throughout the whole process, and matched my existing colors perfectly. His staff is very professional and talented, and they left my house cleaner than way they came in. I very highly recommend Royal Painting . . . I won't do business with anyone else from now on.
