Was given this eyeliner by a friend out of an Ipsy bag. Her complaint was that it was too hard to take off at the end of the day.... Which for me meant it was perfect!

I put this on in the morning and it doesn't budge or smear all day. I have tried so many that the corner of my winged eyeliner smudge and disappear after a few hours but this one hRead more about review stating Best eyeliner! Stays all day!asn't done it at all! The tip itself is great for fine or thicker lines and it glides on smoothly.

OH and in case you're wondering, I find just some micellar water dab it on, let it sit for a second and then wipe it off. Takes a second longer than other eyeliners but for the staying power, it's worth it! I'm buying 5 right now!

My eyelids are oily even with primer for years my eyeliner would be under my eyes by the end of the day I hated it. I have tried everything pencil, powder, liquid you name it same thing. Then I got the skone tattoo eyeliner in my Ipsy bag and IT IS THE FIRST EYELINER THAT DID NOT end up under my eye! It’s long lasting it’s a perfect color! This is the only eyeliner I get anymore it last me a long time totally worth the price!

I found this company on ipsy. Great product and doesn’t smudge. When I tell you it doesn’t wash off I mean it. It’s a very long wearing company. Will purchase again!
