I contracted Joel to fix some tiles on my porch and backyard, and the roof drain on my shed, after find Joel on the ‘next door’ app, we chatted and Joel was ready to inspect and get to work. He was very professional and detailed about his work.
He showed up the next day, ON TIME and got straight to work. The work was completed on time and it was a clean job.
I have NOT used any contractor since then.

Joel and his father Marcos are excellent! First time I had a relatively big painting job + ceiling fixing and they were on time, clean, organized and the work quality 5 stars! Then I had them for removing some bushes and do my lawn, always on time and detailed. I also had them to do a small low deck and it came out beyond all my expectations. They have fair quotes, it's easy to access them (call, texts etc). Reliable and I recommend!

VDR construction completely remodeled our deck, replacing old, rotten wood with composite - requiring extensive efforts to re-revamping and leveling the underlying support structure. The result was outstanding and we couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. Joel and team showed up when they said they would, worked super hard to get the job done and were extremely conscious on quality. All at a very fair price. I can't recommend them highly enough!
