Camelot at La Mer

Once again, our maintenance experience at Camelot at La Mer has been great. They came in to fix the dryer, and it was quick. We're never disappointed.

Just moved out after 5 years. Beautiful view from my townhouse, pet friendly, great neighbors and a management staff that is more than happy to work with you. Grounds are well kept as well!

I’ve been in Camelot La Mer for 3 years and I can tell you that the maixtenance department are just the best. They respond very quickly to any problems that we have in our unit. Anthony is the best!!!! Thanks Anthony for doing such a great job

I have lived here in the new townhomes section for the past 2 years. I was lucky enough to have moved in right when they were built and I found it to be beautiful. At the time, Bob was my sales rep, and he was really helpful and so kind to me. I was newly divorced, selling my home, and never rented before, and so he treated me with such kindness at a time in my life that was very stressful.

I have never had any issues with parking as others have because I have always used my garage to park, not for an extra room or storage.
My neighbors were great and I found the staff courteous and pleasant.
Recently, there have been problems with owners or renters picking up after their dogs which is really ridiculous since there are green dog waste cans and bags placed all over the development. Just two days ago I had to pick up after someone else's dog, and I don't own a dog!

The maintenance staff has always been pleasant and corrected any problems I had. The pools are always immaculate and most of the grounds are well kept. However, I think the areas where people rent are not taken care of as well as the owners sections.

But all that being said, if I were not going to buy a new home at the present time, I would have stayed longer. It is a safe and generally a well-kept place, and I had a very pleasant experience.

Rent is a little high, but it didn't bother me since it was a beautiful place to live.

Melinda was absolutely awesome, Evan and the rest of the team We’re super helpful. The unit is gorgeous they did an amazing job with everything couldn’t be happier. We’re super excited to start this new chapter in our lives at this awesome home
