Stars for location only. Management is a nightmare.

$60 monthly amenity fee for amenities that are consistently broken and inaccessible.

$90+ water bills (for one person!) every month even though they say it will only be $30, they will never tell you why. (*editing to update on the water bill, water bills are high because you pay for the amount of water your apartment uses plus the same amount for a sewage charge plus an additional amount that the building is charged for providing water that is split up in an unknown way to tenants. So you’re paying for YOUR water usage AND everyone else’s, including the construction companies who fill their water tankers up everyday from the hydrants).

Management will never help you with any issue you may have, even a broken air conditioner for three years. Shocked this is considered a luxury building.

Since the building is billed as “dog friendly” I asked if they could use pet safe ice melt on the sidewalks and was told no, when I asked if they could at least use pet safe ice melt inside the dog park not only was I told no but they now lock the dog park when snow is in the forecast (even when it’s not snowing). Do be aware if you complain they will find ways to retaliate.

I wonder if many of the four star reviews are fake, everyone I’ve talked to who has recently moved in says they have had terrible issues with getting their leases on time/correct, my favorite was the new tenant who said the building emailed them the night before they were scheduled to move in and told them they had to change the date because they screwed up the lease.
Photo as an example of the incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the building

    HONEST REVIEW:

We lived at station bay for 3 years before we decided to move out. The maintenance and office team were amazing. However, since that has changed, the building & community has gone downhill. It’s important to know that Station Bay BEGS people to leave positive reviews for points. However I'm writing this review from personal and factual experience. The leasing team is horrible. Tracy specifically is completely rude to people and does not address concerns. (Keep in mind i’ve been living here 3 years and not one of them even knew who I was). Our old team came out of the office, walked around, greeted us, and KNEW us. When addressing concerns to the leasing team, no one would be eager to fix the issue. The dog park is filthy, the pool is disgusting no one cleans it. My fiancé actually skimmed the pool each time we went because it was never cleaned. There was a fire in the building from the TULU rental room which we lived nearby. Thankfully our room & items were ok, but the smoke smell lingered in the hallways and in our apartment. When asked what they can do about us being displaced (since we did not feel safe sleeping in an apartment filled with smoke) they did NOT even care to help us. Completely unprofessional. They have no idea how the water bill is split up, causing concerns for increased water bill pricing. The list goes on & on. Im writing a real review. Please be mindful that more than half of these reviews are fake for points earned. I would look elsewhere. I gave 2 stars because I truly loved it when we first moved in, & I loved being on the Bay. But overall the building has gone downhill.

Although I haven’t lived here long, my time at Station Bay has been exceptional! I felt right at home the day I toured. The team made my move in process so seamless, straight forward and stress free. The amenities are wonderful and the 1 time I’ve had to contact maintenance, the turn around was great. A special shout out to Tracey and team for making my first experience moving away from home better than anticipated

We’ve just moved into Station Bay Apartments and couldn’t be happier. The building feels modern, clean, and welcoming from day one, with bright, well-laid-out units, ample storage, and excellent natural light. The amenities are outstanding—especially the game room and the wide array of facilities, including communal lounges and resident coworking nooks. Management has been responsive and friendly, making the move-in process smooth with clear communication and a thorough walk-through. If you’re weighing options, Station Bay offers stylish, convenient living supported by a proactive, helpful team.

It’s been over a year since my husband and I have lived at Station Bay. We’ve had beautiful moments and have met great people along the way. Thank you Tracey, Kamilah and Susie for your hospitality and kindness. We wish all future tenants the best of luck and happy days ahead.
