Let me tell you something: Caplan Cuts is not just a barbershop — it’s practically a community service. I walked in looking like I just finished a long winter zman AND three weeks of bein hazmanim, and I walked out looking ready for a shidduch picture. Mamash a neis.

These guys have kochoys. Friendly, patient, and somehow able to give you a perfect cut even while discussing parsha, sports, and whether Lakewood needs three more pizza shops.
They don’t rush you, they don’t hack you, and they actually listen when you say, “Just a little off the sides — not too short, I still need to look normal.”

THE VIBE:
Clean, bright, and modern — the type of place where even your mother would walk in and say, “Ahh, very nice!”
No random loud music, no weird conversations… just chilled-out, heimish barbershop energy. The waiting area is comfortable enough that even if you wait a few minutes, it’s geshmak.

FOR THE KIDS:
If you’ve ever tried getting a little yingel to sit still for a haircut, you know it takes superhuman strength. But these barbers? Total pros. They talk to the kids, distract them, make them laugh — and somehow walk away with a straight cut. It’s a bigger chessed than people realize.

MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:
I booked online (which already makes you feel like you’re running your life properly), walked in, and they were ready for me mamash on the dot.
Sat down, said, “Make me look like I slept more than four hours last night,” and the guy just nodded like he’s heard that request 400 times this week alone.
Ten minutes later — boom. Fresh, clean, sharp. I even got a spontaneous “Wow, you look good!” at home, which is not something that happens often.

I just tried this barbershop for the first time and was super satisfied. Place is very clean and spacious. You could probably find cheaper barbers, but "you get what you pay for" definitely applies here.
If you want to shampoo your hair, they have a beautiful spa-like room (picture of that room included).
