Free car wash withc high price oil change
My new (used) vehicle all of a sudden needed its first oil change. I'm getting familiar with all its fancy messaging center. I swore never to bring my new vehicle to any type of franchise for servicing, but this was emergency and needed an oil change immediately. I have learned my lesson about franchising! So I was very nervous to bring it to Castrol but didn't have a choice. Castrol was very quick! They also eased my mind and took the time to answer all my questions which is extremely important to me! I got a free car wash also. They gave me a rebate that would be used for a next oil change. The customer waiting area was spotless clean with a large inventory of vehicle accessories. I'd recommend! I was highly satisfied.
Pulled right in, they processed me since it was my first time. They immediately began to change the oil and filter. Checked tire air pressure and topped off windshield fluid. Plus I got a free car wash. Overall satisfied with service everyone was friendly.
Nicest people, very transparent, told me what services I should come back for, and didn't try to make me add any services I didn't need. Excellent experience
