    I have dealt with Collex countless times over the past decades and they do exceptional work. I wouldn't think of taking my vehicle anywhere else when body is work is needed.

    I'm a little irked by my latest visit. I was given an estimate for the work with the understanding that if any additional damage was found while doing the repair, I would be charged for it. That is fine and completely understandable.

    However, I was charged nearly $200 more because of a computer price error where the company listed parts at the wrong price at the time of the estimate.

    That shouldn't be my problem. That price error was the fault of the company and should have been eaten instead of being passed on to me.

    I hope this kind of thing will not be a reoccurring issue for customers like myself.
