I cannot say enough good things about Anthony’s Autobody. My vehicle was recently deemed a total loss, and while my insurance company made the entire process incredibly difficult, the team at Anthony’s — especially Brian — went above and beyond for me.
Brian truly became my advocate throughout this ordeal. He stepped in, communicated directly with my insurance, and helped push things forward when I felt completely stuck. He turned an overwhelming, frustrating situation into something manageable, and I genuinely don’t know how I would have gotten through it without his support.
The level of professionalism, compassion, and dedication at Anthony’s Autobody is unmatched. If you’re going through a stressful claim or need a shop you can trust, this is the place. They don’t just fix cars — they take care of people. Highly, highly recommend.
I've had more than two repairs done on my vehicles at Anthony's and have come to know them very well. I don't like having to have accidents and repairs made, but wouldn't trust the work to any other. Their communications, experience, courtesy and customer service are outstanding. When my car is in their care, I don't have to worry about anything, they do it all, from coordinating with my insurance company to setting up a rental it's all done for me.
I had such a great experience with this body shop! Everyone was so kind, helpful, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Their customer service was outstanding. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The work they did on my car was top notch. The bumper looks brand new, and the car looks amazing. This is not my first time coming to Anthony's! But I hope this will be my last besides coming in to say hello to the wonderful staff. Brian and his team did an amazing job. They always kept me updated, were transparent with their work, and most importantly fixed my car to look almost brand new. If you ever have any car problems and are in the area I would recommend them over anyone else near Shrewsbury, especially if you have a Subaru.
The work was okay, but the customer service was not good. When I first walked into Anthony‘s auto and spoke with Bryan. He told me they would fix my van up and make it look as good as new and they did a relatively good job, but the customer service that was provided was not as good as the work I came to them December 6 and told them what happened with my accident. He said he would order the parts so that they’d get there as soon as possible so I stopped by the next day and dropped off the check from the insurance. They told me to call back January 6 and they would let me know if the parts had arrived so I could drop it off the seventh when I called the lady at the desk told me that pretty much all the parts were in except for a couple that would be coming in that week and I was good to drop it off Once I dropped it off, I went and got my rental, It lasted for about a month, as my rental was coming to an end I called them and asked them how they were doing and if they were almost done because I had to get back the rental van and I was going to need my van for work. They told me it would be ready by the following week so I was good to give the rental back. I called back the following week and they told me that they had made a mistake and my vehicle wasn’t ready. It was going to be ready the following week. So I told them okay no problem. I called them the following week and they said they hit a snag and it would be ready next week. Again no problem. So I called them back the following week and they finally said that they were just putting the finishing touches on. It should be ready by the end of the week. I called them at the end of the week and they said we’re just doing their final walk throughs to check and make sure everything was Okay and that they were going to submit it with the insurance because it was going to be more then the estimate. Finally, after it was approved, they told me I could pick it up and when I picked it up, I noticed that some things weren’t done right. The side of my Van had been hit the back panel and the middle panel were the ones that needed to get fixed, but for some reason they took apart my door lost all my covers and messed up my tint and my windows placement and now the rubber around my window is forced. I told Bryan about it when I picked it up he said in kind of a rude way,” well you said you needed it back, but if you come back, we’ll fix the stuff that we didn’t do right. Evan though they had my vehicle for almost 2 months, it wasn’t enough time to fix it. When I opened up my van and looked they didn’t even remove the tape that was on there and they just painted over it. I tried emailing Bryan asking him just to order me the insert and I could do it myself and go somewhere else to fix it, but he insisted they would do it. So I emailed him back a couple times but didn’t really hear back. I finally gave up definitely disappointed with the customer service and how certain parts of the job came out.
