Chatham Hill Apartments

We just moved in and love it so far. Diana was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Neighbors are very nice and the apartments are just what we need for the two of us! Lots of stores (hardware, food, coffee, restaurants) are also nearby.

I’ve lived at Chatham Hill for a few weeks, and have nothing but good things to say since moving in. Danny was great in helping me set up a tour and guiding me through the leasing and move-in process. The apartment is spacious, has lots of light, ceiling fans, and a large balcony (especially for apartment standards). And of course, there’s the individually controlled heat and central air, and washer/dryer combo in unit…must-have’s in today’s market, if you ask me. I also have a small dog and the community is super dog-friendly, with a dog park, sidewalks, and pet relief stations throughout the property. And you can’t beat the location…less than 10 minutes to downtown Madison, Morristown, Chatham, and Summit…not to mention the Hickory Square shopping center right behind the complex with nearly everything you’ll need (Shop Rite, CVS, Dunkin, Starbucks, Ace Hardware, restaurants, barber shop, dog groomer…the list goes on).

We moved from Ivy and liked what Chatham hill has to offer for a reasonable rent. Diana was very helpful with all the information and pre maintenance needed for our apartment. She was phenomenal and made our move easy.
Pros: Nice balcony with pine tree views, lots of sun. You can walk to Loantaka trails and shop rite.
Cons: No light fixtures in bedrooms and living rooms, fewer parking spots.

We had an amazing experience working with Diana, the leasing specialist! From the very beginning when we toured Chatham Hill, she was very professional, friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire apartment search and leasing process. She was always available to answer any questions, assist with the application process, and even continued to follow up after our move in to ensure we were all settled. The apartments are beautiful and the neighborhood is great. I would highly recommend Diana and Chatham Hill to anyone!

My fiancé and I moved in 2.5 months ago. Our overall experience has been great! The area is beautiful and community is well kept. Diana has been very thorough from day one and has not wavered. She makes sure to address all concerns with care and urgency. My main pushes would be the wall insulation as well as the lack of lighting in the living room. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. There aren’t any lights in the living room, so you’ll need to supplement with lamps. Overall, we feel as though Chatham Hill Apartments is a great choice!
