Was in the market for new filing cabinets, contacted Blaher and their response was quick. Sent me pictures of the items we were looking for. Requested that they be delivered. His staff arrived, ensure the safety and integrity of the building and walls when moving the cabinets up a flight of stairs. They were quick, efficient and courteous. Will do business with again. I outfitted a small office about 3 years ago and got very reasonable pricing. I've been back twice since, as my office has expanded, only to find the pricing to have increased substantially. I am not sure if a change of ownership or a change in approach is to blame, but it almost seems like they don't want to sell stuff anymore. Here is what to expect: Everything in the place has some damage or has been repaired (glue). They will not provide any service, parts or repair for anything they have sold in the past. Nothing is priced, they need to call somebody to get a price and they won't let you look around without an escort. I was able to find almost everything cheaper else where. Why two stars? The exception is whiteboards. They have a large selection of used whiteboards in all kinds of sizes for $100 or less.
We bought office furniture from Nick, all the furniture was top quality and in great shape. Nicks guys came to install everything and did a great job. Everything was very affordable especially for the quality of the furniture.
I will be using them again!
