Chauncey Hotel & Conference Center

I've come to Chauncey quite often for various events and conferences. The secluded location is great for time away to imagine and dream with teams. The rooms are hit or miss. Some are cleaner than others. The front desk folks always seem like they don't want to be there.

The bright spot has always been the dining experience. The servers have all been notably kind, bright, and they always go above and beyond. The food is well-thought out, balanced, healthy, and delicious. I will probably be back for other events.

I had my wedding at the Chauncey hotel on 10/11. Highly would recommend. They accommodated our every ask the entire weekend. If you book here get the Laurie house. The element of adding a personal house for you and your groomsmen/bridesmaids to get ready and have a place to hang is unmatched. Our wedding party was blown away with this accommodation. Next the food was incredible. We did Buffett style and it was absolutely delicious and we get comments on it from loads of people we speak to post wedding. Next is the staff, they are incredibly friendly and fun to work with. The best part is everything is on site and no shuttles as your guests can stay at the hotel. The tent was an electric atmosphere. I had concerns it would be too small but after getting everyone in it was amazing. There is room to float and hangout on the dance floor - our wedding was 135 ppl. Lastly shortout to becki the venue coordinator who was so responsive and would make herself available at the drop of a hat. Can’t recommend enough they made our special day perfect!!!

Ours feedback. We asked and paid for a king bed room, but you put us in a 2 regular bed room. My wife and I had to sleep in different beds, a really bad experience for a weekend celebrating our wedding anniversary. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff are really kind.

But I have to be honest, I was expecting a better experience in this hotel.
