We've been coming to the Windjammer for 3 years now. Gem of a place. Is it the most updated place? No. But the rooms are clean and safe. We've stayed in the motel room as well as the suite. The pool is nice. Location is exceptional! 1 block off the beach. They provide beach tags and will let you keep them upon check out if necessary (and available). We love that it is in the middle of a residential area and thus the beaches are not crowded. And it's quiet. Downside, no restaurants (other than theirs) within walking distance. We have had good experiences with the front staff. They may be a little rough (especially if you are not front around the Philly/Jersey area), but they are great. Reminds me of going to the shore when I was young. We are going back again in August.

Close to beach! Clean. Pool and patio area nice. Restaurant/bar not open midweek out of season. Add your love of seashells stairwell center piece!

The family staff at the Windjammer have been very courteous, professional, and accommodating to my family with planning our stay, and providing us with services during our stay. The rooms are very affordable and comfortable. This is not a luxury resort, but the rooms are clean, have good water pressure, a place to sit and eat, and clean beds and towels. The family are very organized and the place runs like a clock. They also have a great swming pool, a small game room, on site restaurant and bar, they loan you beach badges for free (free as long as you don’t loose them.) There is an onsite coin-op laundry room. It is one block from the beach, and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There are rooms by or overlooking the pool, rooms facing the bay and rooms facing the beach.

Nice place with a pool. Quality restaurant and bar. Lots of patio space. Rooms are tidied up everyday. One block from the beach and a short bike ride to the Boardwalk. Lots of activities during the summer. This was our second year staying there with a group of friends and we enjoyed the hell out of it.

BEST location to stay! The clean, comfortable rooms are perfect. We ate at the restaurant and the food was incredible! Beef filet sliders cooked to perfection and a the huge, homemade crab cake sandwich was delicious. The owner and family were on site and friendly…talking to everyone and making sure you had all you needed. This gives the place a very special feel. The pool is huge and features poolside shower and bathrooms. We walked one block to the beach and had access thanks for the paid badges that come with your stay. It’s a beautiful, residential area and quaint shops (best ice cream) just steps away. Live music poolside with happy hour bar specials was the unexpected treat.
