Chrome Park

I like it cause in the mornings it's nice and quiet and my son has autism so he can play peacefully but once school is out it gets extremely packed and the bad part is that they don't clean it!! That's sad cause they have all the workers in Carteret park always cleaning why can't they do the same for chrome park!! There is trash everywhere there were even a lot of socks there!!

I live in Carteret for last 19 years they have rebuilt a lot of stuff and Chase that a lot of people it's becoming really NICE out here NOW okay bye have a blessed night and tomorrow to and alway's.. PS: sincerely yours Dan Carter👐🏼AMEN🙏🏼..

The most neglected area of Carteret New Jersey. The area has abandoned low incoming public housing, horrible side roads and pot holes. Heavy police misconduct coupled with complaints from out of town visitors as well as locals. Millions of dollars have been spent in Carteret for redevelopment over the last several years. The current Mayor Daniel Reiman , refuses to acknowledge this part of the community, neglects its residents and redevelopment and encourages prejudice policing.

They dont have a bathroom. They need a porta potty. How do they expect the community to enjoy this park if we cant even use the bathroom with out leaving the park. That sucks

The appeal of chrome park is so attractive I love the empty crack vials and discarded needles it screams bring your children,also I found wads of drug money as I went to cook up some burgers bam paid! That was better than buying a lottery ticket, I also love the presence of undercover police in spray painted suv's.I enjoyed the broken sinks and toilets, and surveillance cameras as I was trying to relieve myself, the service is great even though your not there for drugs the drug dealers make sure they solicit you every 3 minutes for cocaine, heroin, and marijuana and etc.,etc.,etc.
