Love the front desk ladies, very friendly and attentive. I have been coming here for years and I am satisfied every-time. The dental hygienist is always gentle and the Dentist is such a sweet person. So happy to have found you guys!

Where do i begin! Dr Yacoub & her whole staff 10/10 from the booking experience to the same day appt, the care and patience from everyone here was 10/10.. very grateful for the whole team. They made sure i was as comfortable as possible the entire time. Thank you Dr 🙏🏽

I had a wonderful experience at Crystal Dental Care today for a cleaning. The whole team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Being 37 weeks pregnant, I really appreciated how attentive and caring everyone was—they kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The service was excellent, and I felt truly cared for. I’ll definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend it!

Dr Hanna Yacoub is the best. I've gone to her office in Wayne about 4 times now, 2 cleaning/checkup, 1 extraction, and 1 emergency appointment for pain.

Three of those visits, I was in and out in less than an hour. I was in the waiting room for less than five minutes. Compared to 1-2 hour waits in New York, where I'm from, it is awesome.

The emergency appointment took a little longer because they had multiple emergency appointments that day. Also, it took 30 minutes for the anesthesia to work.

All of the people at Chrystal are friendly and efficient, from the desk, to assistant, to hygienist, to Hanna herself.

I read some of the lesser reviews, and I don't know how credible they are. As a patient, you have to let the dentist know if you still feel pain after anesthesia. This happened to me, and Hanna immediately stopped working on me. She sat with me, waiting 15 minutes, explaining why this was happening. The bottom teeth take longer to numb because the meds have to go through a wall of bone to eventually reach the desired area. So, from the first injection, it took 30 minutes to numb, and after that, she removed the pain I was having.

One reviewer said they had pain after cleaning, maybe you have bad oral hygiene. My mouth feels clean and fresh each time when I leave. And one reviewer said Chrystal would not take them due to their insurance. Well, that was for your own benefit because you will be paying out of pocket. Why would they NOT want your money.

I highly recommend Chrystal Dental if you are looking for a fast, friendly, and good dental care provider.
