Dr. Li is knowledgeable & helpful. Never recommend any fancy stuff or anything unnecessary. Doing great job on maintaining my teeth healthy. Great dentist!!
Dr Li is awesome and the staff is very friendly. I have been going there for years now for all my dental work. Love my 3 implants and prices are very reasonable. I very highly recommend Cozy Dental. Thank you Dr Li and staff
I've been coming here for all of my dental work for around 4 years now. I was in need of prioritizing my dental health, and I had a few bad experiences before finding Dr Li. She took the time and consideration in helping to get my teeth back in tip-top shape, all the while minding the expenses I incurred in doing so. I feel very fortunate to have found her. I have since moved from the area, but I still make the trip back up when it's time for a checkup. Her staff are friendly, courteous, and well organized. I recommend her anytime someone mentions needing a good dentist. Several members of my family have been using her services for a few years now, and we all have nothing but great things to say. Dr Li is excellent at what she does, and she takes very good care of all her patients!
Dr Li is amazing. She has been taking care of our family for almost 10 years. She is very courteous and friendly. The staff is very easy to work with. She did my implants and so far so good. She is always honest and a clear picture of things. Her fee are reasonable and I have never faced issues so far. She is prompt and I never have had to wait. The office is cozy and clean. I highly recommend her.
I had a dental implant done by Dr. Yan Li and was considering getting a second one with her. However, after a consistently frustrating and disappointing experience, I strongly advise against it.
The implant crown she placed has come off twice. When I returned for the second re-cementation, I asked her some questions about why this was happening:
Me: Is it common for an implant crown to come off twice?
Dr. Li: Not common.
Me: What could be causing this to happen repeatedly?
Dr. Li: I have no idea. Everyone is different.
Me: Do you think it will happen again?
Dr. Li: I don’t know.
Me: Is it okay to eat normally tonight with the affected implant?
Dr. Li: I don’t know. Use your common sense.
Me: Will my second implant have the same issue?
Dr. Li: No guarantees.
Her unhelpful responses made it clear she had no real interest in addressing my concerns. Also, she is not upfront about pricing, so be sure to confirm costs before agreeing to anything. When I pressed her about the implant failure, she made excuses and even blamed the issue on how long ago the implant was done— ignoring the fact that she was the one who placed it.
A properly placed implant should be durable and long-lasting, not something that comes off repeatedly. This is not a minor inconvenience; it is a significant concern in what should be a permanent, reliable dental procedure. The fact that she seemed indifferent to the issue only raises more concerns about her works.
If you value high-quality dental care and a dentist who stands by their work, I recommend looking elsewhere.
