I can't explain how much I'm going to miss this place!! I'm moving far away, so I won't be able to keep coming (very often), but I'm taking the best memories with me. All the teachers are amazing but I specially wanna thank Osi, James and Valeria. They have taught me a lot, not only about kick boxing, but also that I’m capable of so much more.

Different trainers with different styles so there is literally "something for everyone". The kickboxing classes are high intensity, so be prepared to sweat!
In addition, the strength bootcamp and TRX classes enhance your workout routine without leaving you "lost" in a regular gym amongst rows of workout machine and no idea where to start.
CKO in Roselle is top notch. I love it here the staff is amazing. Osi, David, Vanessa, Ashley, Lina and Jefferson are great trainers. Every class is different and exciting. It’s a full body workout you feel the burn!!

Great workout, high intensity, lots of fun. You really feel like you did something great for your body after the class. Highly recommended.
