Alluem Yoga Studio has turned into a home away from home. So many things have transpired in my life in the years that I've been going and it's my center stone - it's always there when I need it. Gina and her staff and the instructors are all beautiful human beings- they make you feel welcome and warm with their calming voices and demeanor. The studio is right in the old mill on the Rahway river and the metaphor of practicing yoga on a river is just too poignant to go unnoticed.
Alluem Yoga is magic. I have been coming here for a year now and can't say enough good things about Gina (the owner) and the incredible community/sanctuary she has created here. The classes and instructors are phenomenal; I always feel so rejuvenated and peaceful after every yoga session. The flow classes are my favorite and of course Gina is my favorite teacher.
I love Alluem Yoga! The studio is very relaxing and offers a wide variety of classes. Their instructors are excellent, each with their charisma and dedication in each class, teaching us how to maintain that connection with nature and balance between body and mind. I am so grateful for their beautiful energy and magic.
Beautiful peaceful wide open earthy studio, calming right by the river. All the teachers are spectacular! From athletic, soulful, smooth, deep- each teacher has their own amazing take on the practice and can teach you something new. So lucky to have this so close to home. Beautiful little community, and wonderful range of classes and times those classes are available. Dare I say ideal? Yes it is!!
