Easy in and out. Outbound loads picked up get scaled and weighed before leaving the guard house. Remove debris and clean out your trailer prior to going in. Remove unused straps out of your empty as well. Tandems slid to the rear before being allowed to enter. Truck entrance signs are put up on main road directing you to the road that you will take to get to the truck entrance.
4th time here for Drop & Hook. Love the folks. They have always been helpful and truthful. Remember, they are the third entrance not the first one. Made that mistake.
Normally only here for 15!or so minutes. Check in at guard shack and get general info. Drop your load. Go to office on other side of building and do paperwork. Pick up empty and get inspected on the way out at guard shack. It’s usually that simple.
