Solo trip. Ordered a pork roll egg and cheese and fries. Coffee and water. I sat at the counter, the place only has 10ish tables. I was given a check within a few minutes of ordering however it took 20+ mins to get my food. I knew that because the time was on the check. The sandwich was very good.
I think I’ve found a place where I can comfortably stop by every time I pass through here. It’s a very friendly place where you can see everything and experience service without limits. Even though there aren’t too many food options, you can easily fill yourself up with traditional American dishes. Thank you especially for the kindness
Stopped by Colonial Diner on our way to Sea Bright this morning. We had the waffle, omelette, and sunny side up eggs — everything tasted great, freshly made and flavorful. The place is on the smaller side, so it was quite packed, and there was a bit of lingering food odor inside, which was the only downside. Parking was manageable, and the service was quick and efficient. Overall, a solid breakfast stop with good food!
Wonderful little hole in wall diner offering that local hometown vibe. The staff is warm friendly and attentive! The food is served hot with satisfying portions. Seating is limited but that's what adds to it charm that it's a small place.
I’m not an expert by any means but my experience here was just average. Food was ok, coffee strong, pancakes were just that pancakes like I said nothing really special. Would I come back maybe if I was in the area but I’m never around this area so no I won’t go back.
